What are the advantages of renting direct from the owner?
You will receive a personal service, our villa can be cheaper than a hotel, and almost always cheaper than booking through a travel agent. Unlike a hotel, you will have your own swimming pool, kitchen, lounge plus many extra comforts free of charge.
 
What if I need help or assistance whilst staying in the villa?
We have an excellent management company on call 24 hrs a day in case of emergencies. The team will be on hand to help and advise you in all aspects of your stay.
What is not included in the price?
If you require pool heating there will be an extra charge. The only other extras are your flights, car hire, travel insurance and theme park tickets.
Do we need a car?
Although not essential, it is advisable to hire a car, as the villa is situated 6 miles from Disney. However, for non-drivers, a shuttle bus to the major attractions is currently in operation, picking up and dropping off at the Clubhouse at Glenbrook, (about $12 return per person), and taxis are readily available.

What do we need to bring?
Just yourselves, your clothes (not too many as there are washer/dryer facilities - and the clothes are cheaper than in the UK!) and your personal items. If you plan to         
travel light, all toiletries can be bought cheaply at the local supermarket.

Can we hire baby equipment?
There is no need as a travel cot, highchair and stroller are provided free of charge.

Do I need to book whole weeks, or can I book part weeks?
You are welcome to book any duration, the cost will be calculated on a daily rate. However, for stays of less than 7 nights, an additional cleaning charge of £45 / $75 will apply.
Can we have maid service?
The villa will have been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, and after you depart, but a maid service can be arranged on request for an additional charge, payable locally.
What is the maximum number of guests?
10 guests, (including infants) is the maximum number allowed. This will include utilising the sleeper sofa in the lounge if required.
What about pets and smoking?
For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in the villa. Smoking is also prohibited in the villa, however, you may smoke outside the villa in the pool area, where ashtrays have been provided.

How do we find the villa on arrival?
A joining instructions pack will be sent to you on receipt of the final payment. This will include driving instructions from Sandford and Orlando International, Villa and Resort rules. Entry to the Villa is keyless and the pack includes the number that will gain you entry together with the code for the alarm and safe.

How do I pay?
You can pay by cheque or postal order, Internet banking or we also accept payments by credit or debit card.
What if I require additional accommodation?
Should you require additional accommodation, please contact us and we will be happy to direct you to another villa owner who has accommodation available on the same resort.
Can I bring my own DVD's, videos or Playstation games?
All entertainment equipment in the villa is US format, but you can easily hire all the latest DVD's from the clubhouse at Glenbrook for a refundable deposit of $10.
Is there a BBQ?
Yes, we have a large family size barbecue with our compliments .. please clean after use.
