Sunshine Valley is a spacious, luxurious villa set in a quiet desirable area on Glenbrook Resort in Clermont, Florida and is furnished in Floridian style. It is located 10 minutes from Disney World and close to numerous shops and restaurants.

The villa has two living areas specifically designed so that you can either be in the hub of the action near the pool or away from it all curled up with a good book and a glass of wine. The fully fitted kitchen includes a cooker, built-in microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer. There is also a raised bar area for breakfasting.

After long days at the parks, a good nights sleep is essential and Sunshine Valley provides you with four bedrooms. The two double bedrooms both have king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The twin bedrooms both have themed decor, one Winnie the Pooh and Tigger and the other Sea World. Each bedroom also has its own TV and spacious wardrobes.

The Villa has its own screened 26'x13' designer swimming pool with screen enclosure and spa for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own home, together with a family barbecue (for those lazy days by the pool). Last, but by no means least, the tiled games room - complete with pool table, air hockey, table football and darts - perfect after a day at Disney for the children to play whilst you relax by the pool.
